- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and fix issues on all assigned websites, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
- Custom Development: Develop custom themes, plugins, and solutions tailored to the needs of our contract and project sites.
- Website Optimization: Improve site speed, SEO, and user experience across all platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality website solutions.
- Updates & Security: Regularly update WordPress core, plugins, and themes, ensuring sites are secure and up to date.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (2+ years preferred).
- Expertise in WordPress development, including custom themes and plugins.
- Strong knowledge of PHP is a huge plus.
- Familiarity with website performance optimization and debugging tools.
- Experience with popular page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or similar.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
