We are building a pipeline of reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to support multiple client businesses across day-to-day operational, administrative, and execution tasks.
You will work onsite from Betternship’s office in Ibadan and may be assigned to support one or more clients depending on workload and service tier. All work is supervised, structured, and performance-tracked to ensure consistent delivery.
This role requires strong execution skills, clear communication, and the ability to follow processes while using AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency.
Depending on client needs, your responsibilities may include:
Managing inboxes, calendars, meetings, and follow-ups
Preparing documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
Data entry, record keeping, and file organization
Handling internal coordination and task tracking
CRM updates and pipeline management
Lead research, enrichment, and list building
Outreach support using approved tools and templates
Reporting on sales, marketing, and outreach activities
Following defined workflows and SOPs
Using AI tools to improve speed and accuracy where appropriate
Communicating progress, blockers, and updates clearly
Maintaining confidentiality across all assigned client work
You will be trained to use relevant tools, including but not limited to:
Google Workspace
Notion, ClickUp, Airtable
HubSpot, Salesforce, other CRMs
ChatGPT and other AI productivity tools
Outreach and automation tools as required by clients
Onsite work from Betternship’s Ibadan office
Structured work hours with supervision
Performance is monitored based on output, quality, and reliability
You may be required to sign NDAs for client confidentiality

Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative, operations, VA, or support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new systems quickly
Willingness to work onsite in Ibadan, full-time
Professional work ethic and reliability
Prior experience supporting founders, executives, or remote teams
Experience with CRMs, sales operations, or marketing support
Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and automation
