Role Overview:They are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help populate our courses in System.io.
Responsibilities:
- Upload course content, including videos, PDFs, exercises, and journal prompts, into System.io.
- Follow detailed course outlines and templates to ensure consistency across all modules.
- Apply critical thinking to organize content logically and flag issues or gaps.
- Maintain the integrity and quality of the course experience, consistent with the company standards.
- Communicate clearly with updates and questions; minimal supervision required.
