Our client is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead and elevate their brand’s online presence and engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical — skilled in strategy, content direction, and community engagement.
This role involves managing day-to-day social operations, coordinating with content and design teams, and turning insights into impactful campaigns. The Social Media Manager will ensure all content aligns with brand values while driving measurable growth in reach, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
Oversee daily posting and content scheduling across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Threads.
Lead content planning, approval workflows, and ensure alignment with brand tone and campaign goals.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and copywriters to produce trend-led, high-performing creative assets.
Track, analyze, and report on key social metrics — turning insights into actionable improvements.
Build and maintain vibrant online communities through active engagement, DMs, and real-time interactions.
Monitor trends, social culture, and competitor activity to inform creative direction and content opportunities.
Develop and manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
Support paid marketing campaigns through organic content strategy.
Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all social channels.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
3–5 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, social algorithms, and audience engagement tactics.
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, Later, etc.).
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into strategy.
Strong multitasking ability and comfort working in a fast-paced creative environment.
Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite) are an added advantage.
