The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging content across all social media platforms to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role requires creativity, technical expertise in design tools, a deep understanding of digital trends, and the ability to translate complex construction projects into captivating visual and written stories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, and schedule high-quality content, including carousels, graphics, videos, and reels, tailored for different social platforms.

  • Translate complex construction concepts into visually appealing and relatable content.

  • Create consistent brand messaging across all channels.

  • Maintain and grow the company’s social media presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.

  • Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals.

  • Monitor trends in the construction industry and adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics to improve engagement and ROI.

  • Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly to foster community relationships.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to source content from ongoing projects.

  • Engage with relevant online communities, influencers, and industry pages to increase brand visibility.

  • Design compelling visuals and layouts using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar software.

  • Experiment with innovative formats (e.g., Instagram carousels, stories, Reels, LinkedIn documents) to capture attention.

  • Keep up-to-date with new tools, apps, and best practices for social media marketing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketer.

  • Proven portfolio of creative work including carousels, graphics, and social campaigns.

  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar design/editing tools.

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok algorithms.

  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver content consistently.

  • Creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
