We are currently seeking a Senior Social Media Strategist to lead the creation and execution of high-impact social strategies for client accounts. This role blends creative content planning, campaign strategy, performance analysis, and community management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee multiple accounts to ensure each social presence is engaging, innovative, and results-driven.
Responsibilities
3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media strategy and content development.
Must have previously worked as a Social Media Specialist or Strategist for established consumer-facing brands—experience with FMCG brands or similar high-engagement sectors is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to design, manage, and optimize multi-platform social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Solid understanding of consumer behavior, social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience segmentation—especially for high-volume, product-centric brands.
Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to turn insights and data into actionable campaign strategies.
Experience working collaboratively with creative, performance media, and influencer teams to execute integrated campaigns.
Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
Familiarity with social analytics tools and KPIs to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
