- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide personalized solutions and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Educate customers about product features, benefits, and usage.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Ensure the sales display area is organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Conduct onsite demonstrations or presentations to showcase product capabilities.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Must know how to make Cold and warm calls.
- Must be proactive and smart.
