We are currently seeking a Sales Officer to join a dynamic real estate team based in Victoria Island, Lagos. This hybrid role offers flexibility while allowing you to stay closely connected to the fast-paced real estate market. It is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a passion for property and client engagement. You will be responsible for driving property sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth.

This is a performance-driven position with both a base salary and attractive commission structure.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell available properties to prospective clients

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities

  • Conduct property tours and manage client meetings or site visits

  • Follow up with leads, provide relevant information, and close deals

  • Negotiate terms of sales and prepare necessary documentation

  • Collaborate with the marketing and property teams to ensure listing accuracy and client satisfaction

  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and property values in key areas

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or related roles

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Self-driven, confident, and customer-focused

  • Familiarity with property documentation and the Lagos real estate market is an added advantage
