We’re seeking a talented Sales Specialist to join the team and lead sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Find, Identify, and convert qualified leads into paying customers for our B2b SAAS company.
  • Hit Aggressive Sales Targets
  • Consistently close deals that generate revenue for us
  • Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue goals set in line with the potential MRR gains from each tier.
  • Aim to bring in a mix of small-to-large annual-revenue clients to steadily increase overall MRR.
  • Hit & Exceed Performance Benchmarks
  • Adjust sales tactics quickly to ensure you remain on track toward monthly or quarterly goals
  • Secure at least 200 new paying clients each quarter

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management strategies.
  • University degree
