We’re seeking a talented Sales Specialist to join the team and lead sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Find, Identify, and convert qualified leads into paying customers for our B2b SAAS company.
- Hit Aggressive Sales Targets
- Consistently close deals that generate revenue for us
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue goals set in line with the potential MRR gains from each tier.
- Aim to bring in a mix of small-to-large annual-revenue clients to steadily increase overall MRR.
- Hit & Exceed Performance Benchmarks
- Adjust sales tactics quickly to ensure you remain on track toward monthly or quarterly goals
- Secure at least 200 new paying clients each quarter
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or e-commerce.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management strategies.
- University degree
