We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts at a fast-paced tech startup. The ideal candidate will excel in cold calling, have strong communication skills, and be adept at driving sales through innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients to drive long-term value.
  • Leverage CRM tools to track leads, monitor performance, and report results.
  • Handle Outbound and Inbound Lead Generation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within a tech startup.
  • Strong cold calling and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
