Our client is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and consistently meeting sales targets.
This role requires a mix of strategic prospecting, persuasive communication, and a deep understanding of client needs. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients across assigned industries and markets.
Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective clients using effective sales techniques.
Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, trends, and business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Manage and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and networking channels.
Provide timely reports on sales performance, client feedback, and pipeline updates.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Strong understanding of sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and market dynamics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, or Google Workspace.
High emotional intelligence and a passion for building and nurturing customer relationships.

Monthly Salary: ₦300,000
