Customer Acquisition & Sales Growth
• Develop and execute a strategic customer acquisition plan to drive business expansion.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance revenue streams.

Helping farmers farm better using data
• Effectively manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring sales
targets are met.
2. Relationship Management & Customer Retention
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers, suppliers, and other key
industry players.
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Educate clients on new product features, market trends, and innovations to enhance sales
opportunities.
3. Market Intelligence & Data-Driven Sales Strategy
• Conduct market research to understand buyer needs, industry trends, and product
demand.
• Collect, analyze, and act on sales data and user engagement metrics to optimize sales
strategies.
• Collaborate with the product development team, providing valuable feedback to enhance
offerings based on customer insights.
4. Financial Management & Operational Excellence
• Ensure timely payments for services and manage debt collection processes efficiently.
• Work with internal teams to improve operational efficiency, streamline sales processes,
and ensure smooth service delivery.
Working Relationships
• Vendors/Suppliers/Aggregators: Partner with key suppliers to ensure consistent product
availability and quality.
• Buyers/Off-takers: Establish and maintain long-term partnerships to drive sales growth.
• Hotels/Restaurants: Identify and develop business opportunities in the hospitality sector.

• Farmers & Cooperatives: Strengthen relationships to ensure a reliable and sustainable supply
chain.

Qualifications

• A BA/BSc/HND in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• A background in agricultural sales and supply chain management is preferred.
• An existing network of buyers in the commodity aggregation, agro-processing, hospitality,
and food industries is highly beneficial.
• Proven success in negotiating and closing deals with buyers.

Technical Competencies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools for tracking leads and sales performance.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a
collaborative team.
• Ability to clearly articulate customer feedback, activities on the ground
Core Competencies
• Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies and customer acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
