Job Overview:

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving revenue by converting leads and supporting the Sales Lead. You will represent with professionalism and dedication to ensure a positive experience for potential customers. This position offers a competitive fixed salary and performance-based commissions for high achievers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Conversion:
  • Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by our Client.
  • Effectively communicate the value of courses and programs.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversions.
  1. Sales Support:
    • Assist the Sales Lead with administrative tasks, reporting, and sales strategy execution.
    • Collaborate on creating and refining sales pitches and strategies.
    1. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
    • Provide excellent customer service to ensure long-term satisfaction.
    1. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless sales process.
    • Provide feedback on leads and customer responses to improve overall sales strategies.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

    1. Lead Conversion:
      1. Number of leads converted per month.
      2. Consistency in meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
    2. Customer Engagement
      1. Quality of customer interactions and satisfaction levels.
    3. Collaboration:

Qualifications

  • Deal-closing expertise

  • Excellent code-calling skills
  • Understanding of agricultural systems and buyer behavior

  • Track record of maintaining long-term client relationships
