We are hiring a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing team onsite in Ibadan. This role is central to our client acquisition and retention strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, marketing, and client engagement, with the ability to drive results and foster meaningful relationships with startups and hiring companies.
You will play a critical role in communicating Betternship’s value, managing client relationships, conducting training sessions, and helping the company meet its sales goals.
Key Responsibilities

Execute sales strategies to attract and retain clients (especially startups and growing businesses).

Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Deliver presentations and demos to prospective clients to showcase Betternship’s services.

Handle customer service inquiries professionally, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and generate regular reports.

Collaborate with the internal team to align marketing and sales efforts.
Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills (both written and verbal).

Strong sales and sales management abilities, with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Solid understanding of marketing strategies and techniques (digital marketing is a plus).
