Job Description

We’re looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive who can drive full-funnel growth. The ideal candidate is strongest in marketing — running campaigns, generating demand, and nurturing leads — while also being able to close warm opportunities when required. The role suits someone analytical, creative, persistent, and comfortable operating across multiple digital channels.

This is a remote full-time role, suitable for someone who can work independently, execute consistently, and stay responsive to prospects across email and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns with a heavy focus on Google Ads.

  • Create and manage targeted email campaigns for lead generation and nurturing.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer segments and emerging opportunities.

  • Track campaign performance and optimize based on data, trends, and insights.

  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing touchpoints.

Prospecting & Engagement

  • Build targeted prospect lists using online tools, platforms, and research.

  • Run outreach sequences via email and other digital channels.

  • Warm up and nurture leads generated from campaigns, ads, or inbound interest.

  • Keep CRM records organized and updated.

Sales & Closing

  • Hold initial conversations to understand prospect needs and pain points.

  • Present solutions clearly and confidently to warm leads.

  • Prepare proposals for interested prospects.

  • Close deals when leads are ready to convert and handle basic negotiation.

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Share insights from marketing campaigns and sales conversations to improve strategy.

  • Provide weekly reports on leads, conversions, and marketing performance.

  • Work closely with the team to adjust messaging, targeting, and offers.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience running Google Ads campaigns.

  • Solid background in email marketing, lead nurturing, or funnel building.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Ability to persuade, follow up, and close warm leads effectively.

  • Comfortable working remotely and staying responsive when needed.

  • Persistent, analytical, self-driven, and proactive.

  • Experience in marketing or sales is required; full-funnel experience is a plus.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads or Meta Ads is an added advantage.
