Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Lead to drive growth for our fleet management solutions, including vehicle tracking devices and SaaS platforms. This hybrid role is ideal for a B2B sales professional with experience in the automotive or subscription and supply of lubricants. , especially in engaging high-value corporate clients. subscription and supply of lubricants.

  • Identify, target, and acquire B2B clients, with a focus on Tier A multinationals and logistics-focused organizations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Lead product demonstrations and conduct client meetings both virtually and in-person.

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Scout and develop new business opportunities in the fleet management and logistics technology space.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and solution alignment.

  • The Sales Lead is expected to work on-site at the Lagos Office up to 45% and remotely up
    to 55%, allowing time flexibility, management of self and work requirements- Our interest is in
    quality of work; not hours at work.

Qualifications

  • Experience selling Vehicle tracking + Software as a Service solution.
  • Experience in selling parts, big machines, or big trucks.
  • Someone who has worked in a truck logistics company or someone who has a database of companies or organizations that deal with truck logistics.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  •  Able to identify, connect, build, and nurture quality relationships with key decision makers
    within identified customer personas & clusters in the Automotive Industry.
  •  Verifiable B2B sales capability
  • Strong numeric ability
  •  Customer mapping ability
  • Demonstrated ability to close high-value B2B sales.

  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close good value deals
  •  Experience in sales management and training
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
