The Product Manager (PM) will oversee the full product lifecycle — from concept to deployment — while ensuring seamless collaboration across design, engineering, and business teams. You will play a central role in defining the product roadmap, managing the development process, and fostering innovation within the technology team. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth, leadership acumen, and a deep understanding of fintech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Execution

Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Translate business needs into technical deliverables and prioritized development sprints.

Oversee product planning, testing, release cycles, and post-launch iterations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Engineering, Marketing, and Business).

Drive innovation in digital banking, payments, and real estate technology solutions.
Technology Leadership & Development

Lead and mentor the engineering team to deliver reliable, scalable technology solutions.

Establish and enforce software engineering best practices, DevOps workflows, and agile methodologies.

Manage system architecture, infrastructure, and data security.

Ensure seamless integration with payment gateways, APIs, and third-party platforms.

Monitor platform performance and implement technical improvements as needed.
Team Leadership & Execution Focus

Build and manage a high-performing technology and product team.

Set clear deliverables, timelines, and KPIs for team members.

Conduct sprint planning and daily stand-ups to ensure operational efficiency.

Partner with the CEO and business leads to align on product goals and growth priorities.

Track and analyze key product performance metrics and user feedback.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).

5+ years of experience in product management, software development, or technology leadership.

Proven experience leading technical product teams in fintech or SaaS environments.

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), API architecture, and integrations.

Solid understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD processes.

Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Ability to drive both strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:

Experience scaling technology teams in early-stage startups.

Familiarity with cooperative banking, real estate finance, or digital mortgage platforms.

Understanding of data analytics, blockchain, or AI in financial systems.
