financial services through digital cooperative banking, mortgage solutions,
and real estate financing. We are looking for a Product Manager (PM) to
lead our technology-driven product development. This role combines
product strategy, technology leadership, and team-building to ensure the
successful execution of our vision.

- Product Strategy & Execution
- Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the business
goals. - Translate business needs into technical solutions and actionable
development plans. - Lead product planning, prioritization, and execution, ensuring timely
delivery of features. - Collaborate with UX/UI, engineering, and business teams to build
customer-focused solutions. - Oversee product testing, release management, and post-launch
improvements. - Technology Leadership & Development
- Build and manage a high-performing development team with a focus on
execution. - Drive technical decision-making around system architecture, security, and infrastructure.
- Implement best practices for coding standards, DevOps, and agile
development. - Ensure seamless integration with APIs, payment gateways (Paystack,
Flutterwave), and third-party systems. - Optimize platform performance, scalability, and security.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, software development, or
technology leadership. - Proven track record of leading technical product development teams in a
startup or fintech environment. - Strong expertise in software development, API integrations, and cloud
infrastructure (AWS/GCP). - Experience in fintech, cooperative banking, mortgage platforms, or SaaS
products. - Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps best
practices. - Strong ability to drive execution while maintaining high technical
standards. - Excellent leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills - Experience scaling a tech team in early-stage startups.
