- Define and drive value creation strategies aligned with overall business goals
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Design, Engineering, and Customer Success
- Shape product strategy and roadmap to increase adoption and user retention
- Enhance customer experience with data-driven success initiatives
- Identify growth opportunities through user research, product metrics, and market feedback
- Drive execution in sync with the CTO and technical teams
- Build and mentor a high-performance value-focused team
- As Value Lead, your mission is to ensure every product and experience we deliver creates maximum value for users and stakeholders.
- You will work closely with leadership (including the CTO), lead cross-functional teams, and be at the center of our product's evolution from ideation to impact.
