Primary Objective
- Support lead generation and funnel performance by executing campaigns, maintaining marketing systems, and assisting with conversion improvements across training and
consulting offers.
Key Responsibilities
Funnel & Lead Generation Support
- Assist in managing and updating landing pages and lead capture forms
- Support implementation of messaging updates across funnels
- Monitor funnel performance metrics such as registrations and booked calls
- Identify basic drop-off trends and flag opportunities for improvement
Paid Ads & Campaign Coordination
- Support setup and monitoring of paid ad campaigns
- Coordinate creatives and campaign assets
- Track ad performance metrics and prepare performance summaries
- Assist with small scale testing of audiences and messaging
Email Marketing & Automation
- Build and schedule email campaigns in Zoho or MailChimp
- Build and optimize automation workflows
- Segment contacts based on engagement and behavior
- Write persuasive nurture and conversion focused email sequences
- Improve open rates, click rates, and booked call conversions
Webinar & Conversion Support
- Assist in managing webinar registration pages and email reminders
- Track registration numbers and attendance rates
- Support implementation of improvements to increase engagement and booked calls
Marketing Assets & Presentation Support
- Design clean and professional Canva assets for campaigns
- Update webinar and consulting presentation slides
- Perform light video edits for marketing and training materials
- Ensure consistency with brand messaging and positioning
