This role is focused on building structured customer journeys that attract, engage, and convert leads.
You will work closely with the growth marketing & sales manager to improve how users move from awareness to conversion through landing pages, email sequences, and campaign touchpoints. This role is execution-driven and ideal for someone looking to grow in funnel and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in building and optimizing marketing funnels from lead capture to conversion
Set up and manage landing pages, lead magnets, and email sequences
Support paid and organic campaigns that drive traffic into funnels
Monitor funnel performance and track metrics such as conversion rates and drop-off points
Run basic A/B tests on landing pages, headlines, and calls to action
Work with content and design teams to create assets for different stages of the funnel
Maintain and update marketing tools or CRM systems with lead data
Identify areas of improvement within the funnel and suggest optimizations
2–3 years experience in digital or funnel marketing (internships count)
Basic understanding of how marketing funnels work (awareness to conversion)
Familiarity with tools like landing page builders, email marketing platforms, or CRM systems
Ability to track and interpret basic marketing metrics
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Good communication and organizational skills

Compensation
Monthly Salary: ₦150,000 to ₦180,000 (based on experience and skills)
