Primary Objective
- Own and improve the full marketing to sales conversion ecosystem, from traffic acquisition to booked strategy calls and enrollment revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Growth & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute weekly acquisition strategies focused on qualified leads
- Manage ad strategy, budgets, and performance optimization
- Optimize landing pages and lead capture flows to improve conversion rates
- Run structured ad experiments to identify winning messaging and audiences
- Implement practical SEO improvements to increase targeted traffic.
Funnel & Webinar Conversion Optimization
- Improve landing page and webinar registration conversion rates
- Track and optimize booked call performance
- Analyze drop off points across funnels and implement improvements
- Run structured A/B tests on messaging, positioning, and offers
- Improve webinar to booked call conversion performance
Email Marketing & CRM Automation
- Build and optimize automated workflows in Zoho
- Write persuasive nurture and conversion focused email sequences
- Segment audiences based on behavior and engagement
- Improve open rates, click rates, and booked call conversions
Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Track KPIs including lead volume, booked calls, conversion rates, and revenue attribution
- Use Zoho Analytics and related tools to monitor performance
- Present clear insights and data driven recommendations
- Proactively identify growth opportunities
Light Creative & Sales Support
- Maintain clean and professional Canva templates for marketing and webinar assets
- Support presentation formatting for consulting and training programs
- Perform light video edits for webinars and marketing materials
