Core Technical Requirements
Frontend Development;
- Strong expertise in React.js ecosystem with production experience building complex
applications
- Proven experience with React Native for cross-platform mobile development
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, including ES6+ features and best
practices
- Expertise in responsive design, CSS3, and modern styling approaches (Styled
Components, Tailwind, etc.)
- Experience with state management solutions (Redux, or zustand)
- Proficiency in frontend testing
- Understanding of web performance optimization and debugging
Backend Development;
- Strong foundation in Node.js and Nest.js
- Experience with REST API design and implementation
- Basic understanding of database design and SQL/NoSQL databases (MongoDB,
PostgreSQL)
- Knowledge of backend testing
Qualifications
General Requirements
- Version control with Git and GitHub/GitLab workflows
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Attention to details and commitment to delivering high-quality work

-Knowledge of web security best practices
-Basic Understanding of Docker
Optional but Beneficial Skills
- Experience with GraphQL
- Knowledge of WebSocket implementations
