- Monitor and manage cash flow, revenue, and expenditure to ensure financial stability.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory filings, and internal financial policies.
- Analyze vendor and operational costs, providing recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with operational goals.
- Implement financial controls and risk management measures to safeguard company assets.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial partners.
- Conduct financial audits, reconciliations, and variance analysis to track financial performance.
- Supervise and mentor finance team members to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience in financial management, preferably in logistics or supply chain industries.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
