Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Finance and Administration Manager to build, maintain, and oversee a robust financial and administrative structure. This position is a departmental leadership role responsible for ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and strong administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, well-versed in financial regulations, and experienced in supporting manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Plant Manager and department leads to prepare the annual business plan and operational budget.
  • Manage and monitor company expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary controls.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standardized financial and administrative procedures.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Coordinate and support all external financial audits.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely tax filings in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee administrative and HR functions, including recruitment, leave administration, and employee engagement.
  • Identify and resolve finance and administrative-related challenges to enhance operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or administration, preferably in a managerial capacity.

Experience working within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional accounting certifications (ICAN, ACCA, etc.) are a strong advantage.

Proficiency in Sage 50 is required; knowledge of Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar systems is an added advantage.

Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
