We are currently seeking a Field Operations Associate to oversee efficient order fulfillment and supplier coordination in key operational regions. This full-time onsite role is based in Kaduna, Nigeria, and requires a highly organized, self-motivated professional with field experience in supply chain or logistics.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end fulfillment processes, maintaining supplier relationships, and providing real-time updates from the field to ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities

Efficiently manage order fulfillment from order receipt to final delivery, regardless of location

Ensure seamless coordination with suppliers to meet delivery timelines

Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, ensuring accountability and timely dispatch of goods

Coordinate logistics and stock availability with local vendors

Provide consistent field reporting to the central operations team

Gather feedback and relay ground-level insights to enhance operations and customer satisfaction
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Minimum of 2 years' experience in logistics, field operations, or supply chain roles

Proven network and operational knowledge in regions like Kaduna is essential

Ability to manage multiple field tasks independently in fast-paced environments

Experience in supplier management and logistics coordination is a strong advantage

Strong supplier and logistics network in local regions

Ability to organize training and onboarding sessions for new partners

Proficient in delivery coordination and ensuring timely order fulfillment

Skilled in field-level reporting and use of communication tools

Fluent in English and Hausa (both written and verbal)

Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure

Strong stakeholder and interpersonal relationship management

Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
