We are looking for an Entry-Level Executive Assistant to support the CEO with administrative, operational, and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has previous experience supporting or interning with C-suite executives (e.g., CEO, COO, CTO). Responsibilities
- 
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics. 
- 
Draft emails, handle correspondence, and follow up on communications. 
- 
Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials. 
- 
Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries. 
- 
Attend meetings as needed to take notes and track action items. 
- 
Help manage the CEO’s priorities and task list to ensure timely execution. 
- 
Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive information. 
- 
Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. 
- 
Assist with research, data entry, and basic project coordination.
