We are looking for an Entry-Level Executive Assistant to support the CEO with administrative, operational, and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has previous experience supporting or interning with C-suite executives (e.g., CEO, COO, CTO). This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics.

  • Draft emails, handle correspondence, and follow up on communications.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials.

  • Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.

  • Attend meetings as needed to take notes and track action items.

  • Help manage the CEO’s priorities and task list to ensure timely execution.

  • Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive information.

  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Assist with research, data entry, and basic project coordination.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or similar role.
  • Must have prior experience working with or supporting a C-suite executive (CEO, COO, CTO, etc.), including internships or NYSC experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain discretion with confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn and grow in a professional setting.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Comfortable with a hybrid work setup (some days remote, some on-site in Lagos).
