- Educate customers about product features, benefits, and pricing options.
- Address inquiries and concerns, providing accurate and timely information
- Convince potential customers to purchase products or subscribe to services.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a record of all sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Act as an ambassador for the company by maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Ensure consistency in delivering the company’s message and upholding its values.
- Collect feedback from customers to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
