Our client is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Digital Marketer to manage and grow our digital presence. This role involves content creation, email marketing and automations, ad campaign support, and marketing asset design across both individual training programs and corporate consulting services.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and able to multitask while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, fully remote consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality graphics and visual content for social media, email campaigns, websites, and marketing materials
- Create and edit short-form and long-form videos for marketing, promotions, educational content, and sales campaigns
- Write and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, follow ups, and consulting-related email communications
- Build and manage email automations and workflows using CRM and email marketing tools
- Design professional PowerPoint and presentation decks for trainings, webinars, corporate sessions, and client-facing meetings
- Work comfortably with Google Workspace and Microsoft tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Support and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube -Build, manage, and optimize landing pages and web pages for ads, campaigns, and company websites to improve conversions and user experience
- Implement and manage SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content optimization, and basic website SEO improvements to increase visibility and organic traffic
- Conduct market and competitor research, including pricing trends, industry updates, and marketing best practices to support strategic decision-making
- Research and analyze market updates, audience behavior, and campaign performance to inform content, pricing, and promotional strategies
- Work closely with the team to develop video content ideas and scripts for sales, training programs, consulting services, webinars, and promotions
- Create video scripting concepts that clearly communicate value, drive conversions, and support sales and lead generation efforts
- Support the creation of sales-focused content for funnels, landing pages, email campaigns, and consulting offers
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for training cohorts, consulting services, and corporate programs
- Ensure marketing content aligns with business goals, target audience needs, and conversion objectives
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates to continuously improve performance and creativity
- Proactively suggest new ideas, content angles, and improvements to enhance brand visibility and engagement
