This role is part Digital Strategist and part Digital Account Manager. The right candidate will be comfortable developing and presenting strategic digital plans to clients, leveraging their deep knowledge of content, paid ads, and digital channels to improve client outcomes. They will play a critical role in making pitches that help our clients reach their business goals and increase their digital presence.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a digital-first world, is highly familiar with all digital channels, and understands how to execute impactful digital strategies. This person will be a key liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, and the wider agency team.
✔ Proven Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing or digital account management, with hands-on experience in content strategy, paid ads, and digital campaign execution.
✔ Strategic Thinker: Ability to create and pitch high-level digital strategies that align with client business goals.
✔ Digital Native: Strong familiarity with digital channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email marketing, and content creation.
✔ Client-Focused: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
✔ Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
✔ Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail, ensuring flawless campaign execution and high-quality deliverables.
✔ Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
