The Ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for digital growth and will be instrumental in managing the relationship between the agency and clients, while also overseeing internal teams to ensure the highest standard of service delivery.

This role is part Digital Strategist and part Digital Account Manager. The right candidate will be comfortable developing and presenting strategic digital plans to clients, leveraging their deep knowledge of content, paid ads, and digital channels to improve client outcomes. They will play a critical role in making pitches that help our clients reach their business goals and increase their digital presence.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a digital-first world, is highly familiar with all digital channels, and understands how to execute impactful digital strategies. This person will be a key liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, and the wider agency team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals and ensuring their needs are met with innovative, actionable strategies.
  • Strategic Digital Planning: Lead the development of comprehensive digital strategies tailored to client objectives. Present and pitch these strategies with confidence, always aiming to drive business growth for the client.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns, including paid media, content creation, SEO, and social media, ensuring that all deliverables align with client expectations and objectives.
  • Internal Stakeholder Coordination: Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient execution of digital initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Regularly assess the effectiveness of campaigns through data analysis and reporting. Suggest optimizations to improve performance and return on investment (ROI).
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities within existing accounts, offering digital solutions that align with clients' evolving business needs.

Qualifications

Proven Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing or digital account management, with hands-on experience in content strategy, paid ads, and digital campaign execution.

Strategic Thinker: Ability to create and pitch high-level digital strategies that align with client business goals.

Digital Native: Strong familiarity with digital channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email marketing, and content creation.

Client-Focused: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.

Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail, ensuring flawless campaign execution and high-quality deliverables.

Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
