Our client is looking for a highly skilled Excel Expert who can handle complex data analysis, cleaning, and reporting. The ideal candidate should be strong in advanced Excel functions and capable of creating meaningful dashboards for business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced data analysis using Microsoft Excel
- Use VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX–MATCH
- Work with pivot tables, pivot charts, and macros
- Clean, structure, and validate large datasets
- Create interactive dashboards and MIS reports
- Handle data reconciliation and error analysis
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency
- Support business teams with data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in data analytics and excel
- Strong expertise in Advanced Excel
- Hands-on experience with:
- VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP
- INDEX–MATCH
- Pivot Tables & Charts
- Data Cleaning & Formatting
- Good understanding of data validation and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Add-on / Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data cleaning and automation
- Experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboards)
- Understanding of large datasets and performance optimization
Good to Have
- Knowledge of SQL (optional)
- Experience working with business or financial data
- Ability to explain data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
