Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide market feedback and insights to inform product development

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Certification in sales or marketing
