  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, industry events, and online research.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and prioritize opportunities with the highest potential.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client pain points and present tailored cloud solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional cloud services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies in cloud computing.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer insights.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales and growth strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to create compelling sales collateral and campaigns.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Continuously refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the cloud  SaaS industry.
  • Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of cloud solutions and their business applications.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
