Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional cloud services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies in cloud computing.
Monitor competitor activities and market developments to identify new opportunities.
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer insights.
Contribute to the development and execution of sales and growth strategies.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to create compelling sales collateral and campaigns.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Continuously refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales within the cloud SaaS industry.
Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of cloud solutions and their business applications.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
