Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin & Customer Care Representative to support company directors, manage administrative tasks, and ensure excellent customer interactions.

  • The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between staff and management, handle company records, and provide top-tier customer service.
  • Assist directors with reporting, scheduling meetings, and maintaining company records.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all inquiries, ensuring professional and friendly communication.

  • Maintain daily bookkeeping logs and ensure accurate record-keeping.

  • Act as a liaison between staff and directors, ensuring smooth internal communication.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, staying active, polite, and responsive—even after office hours.

  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other essential computer tools efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience (Must-Have) – Prior experience in customer service is required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills – Must be polite, friendly, and professional in handling inquiries.
  • Detail-Oriented & Proactive – Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Strong Computer Skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
