The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between staff and management, handle company records, and provide top-tier customer service.
Assist directors with reporting, scheduling meetings, and maintaining company records.
Serve as the first point of contact for all inquiries, ensuring professional and friendly communication.
Maintain daily bookkeeping logs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Act as a liaison between staff and directors, ensuring smooth internal communication.
Provide exceptional customer service, staying active, polite, and responsive—even after office hours.
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other essential computer tools efficiently.
Qualifications
Customer Service Experience (Must-Have) – Prior experience in customer service is required.
Excellent Communication Skills – Must be polite, friendly, and professional in handling inquiries.
Detail-Oriented & Proactive – Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
Strong Computer Skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
