We are seeking a proactive and strategic Account Manager to manage client relationships, drive sales, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in account management and sales, be confident in making cold calls, and have excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

● Initiate contact with potential customers via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
● Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and leads generated through marketing
campaigns and partnerships.

  • Proven experience in account management and sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools.
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to
    use the platform effectively.
  •  Conduct product demo sessions with users.
  • Provide personalized support to ensure a smooth transition to the company’s offerings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing customers, addressing their concerns and
    ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and
    offering personalized solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term
    Customer loyalty.
  • Proactively check in with customers to ensure they are deriving maximum value from the
    product.
  • Work closely with the customer support team to escalate and resolve technical or
    operational issues.
  • Identify common customer pain points and document findings
  • Monitor customer engagement and proactively reach out to reduce churn risks.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve product features and user experience.

Qualifications

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate sales through proactive outreach.
  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies
  • Develop and execute account strategies to maximize client value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
  • Track and analyze account performance, providing reports and insights to improve sales efforts.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Proactively check in with customers to ensure they are deriving maximum value from the
    product.
