Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share.
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of treasury sales professionals.
Conduct performance reviews, set sales targets, and implement action plans to drive growth.
Mobilize funds from individuals and corporate entities to ensure liquidity requirements are met.
Forecast cash flow positions and borrowing needs to prevent liquidity shortages.
Identify new markets and develop relationships to expand the client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored treasury solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor on treasury best practices, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
Perform proper KYC (Know Your Customer) checks before establishing financial relationships.
Identify risks of cash withdrawals and strategize to maintain healthy cash flow.
Profile reputable financial institutions for optimal returns and set Deposit Placement Limits (DPL).
Present investment recommendations and manage the Weighted Average Cost of borrowings (WAC).
Diversify funding sources to minimize risk exposure.
Rebalance and reprice portfolios to optimize costs and prevent financial losses.
Analyze financial markets to make informed treasury management decisions.
Implement risk mitigation strategies and stay updated on market trends and regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in treasury sales, financial risk management, or corporate finance.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Deep understanding of financial markets, liquidity planning, and investment strategies.
Ability to develop and execute revenue-generating sales strategies.
