• A BA/BSc/HND in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• A background in agricultural sales and supply chain management is preferred.
• An existing network of buyers in the commodity aggregation, agro-processing, hospitality,
and food industries is highly beneficial.
• Proven success in negotiating and closing deals with buyers.
Technical Competencies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools for tracking leads and sales performance.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a
collaborative team.
• Ability to clearly articulate customer feedback, activities on the ground
