  • Identify and evaluate potential partners, including technology providers, resellers, system integrators, and strategic industry players.
  • Develop a partnership roadmap aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to maximize mutual value and business impact.
  • Foster collaboration between internal teams and partners to ensure seamless integration of services and solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to optimize partnerships and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop joint business plans with partners to drive co-marketing, co-selling, and innovation initiatives.
  • Identify new market opportunities through strategic partnerships.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create go-to-market strategies with partners.
  • Drive revenue generation through channel sales, joint ventures, and referral partnerships.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure partnership objectives are met.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor partnerships.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to refine the partnership strategy.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to enhance offerings based on market feedback.
  • Develop and implement best practices for partnership management.
  • Ensure contracts, agreements, and compliance requirements are met.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and strategies related to partnerships.
  • This role is critical in identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships that enhance our market position, expand our customer base, and create long-term business value.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances within the  SaaS industry.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of cloud technologies and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
