As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our e-commerce clients, ensuring they gain maximum value from our AI-driven solutions. You will nurture relationships, provide strategic guidance, and work collaboratively with internal teams to help clients achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Onboard new clients, providing training and insights to help them effectively utilize our AI solutions.
  • Regularly analyze client performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
  • Proactively identify and address client concerns, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Collaborate with the product, sales, and support teams to ensure client feedback is integrated into our offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews to showcase the value delivered to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and e-commerce best practices to provide clients with relevant recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a client-facing role within the SaaS, AI, or e-commerce space.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, customer journey optimization, and sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and project management software.
