Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company goals and drive growth.
    • Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, social media, and traditional marketing.
    • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  2. Team Leadership and Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the marketing department.
    • Set clear objectives and provide guidance to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  3. Brand Management:
    • Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s brand identity and messaging.
    • Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and channels.
    • Manage brand positioning and reputation to enhance market presence and consumer perception.
  4. Market Analysis and Research:
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
    • Utilize data and insights to inform marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
    • Stay informed about industry developments and emerging marketing technologies.
  5. Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
    • Evaluate and optimize marketing expenditures to maximize ROI.
  6. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
    • Communicate marketing plans, results, and strategies to senior management and stakeholders.
  7. Customer Focus:
    • Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
    • Analyze customer feedback and behavior to refine marketing approaches and improve customer experiences.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., MBA, CIM) are a plus.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or director-level position.
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and brand management.
    • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).
    • Ability to think strategically and creatively.

    • Highly organized with excellent project management skills.

Benefits

  • Compensation Models:
    • Option 1: A total payment of ₦1,600,000 plus a 5% commission on all closed deals, including ticket sales, sponsorships, and exhibitions. The commission will be paid immediately after each deal is closed, while the basic payment of ₦1,600,000 will be made at the end of the event on November 30th, 2024.
    • Option 2: A monthly salary of ₦150,000 plus a 3% commission on all closed deals, including ticket sales, sponsorships, and exhibitions. The commission will be paid immediately after each deal is closed, while the basic salary will be paid monthly or in full at the end .
