The Crowdfunding Lead will be responsible for planning and executing digital fundraising campaigns to raise funds for NU3A’s learning programmes. This role focuses on building and managing online fundraising campaigns and mobilising digital communities to contribute.
The ideal candidate understands how to drive donations through storytelling, social media campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Design and launch crowdfunding campaigns across digital platforms
• Develop compelling fundraising narratives and campaign messaging
• Set fundraising targets and campaign milestones
Digital Community Engagement
• Work with influencers, alumni, and supporters to promote campaigns
• Grow the online donor community and increase campaign visibility
• Coordinate social media content that drives donations
Platform & Campaign Management
• Manage campaign dashboards and payment platforms
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise strategies to increase donations
• Ensure timely processing and tracking of online contributions
Reporting
• Track and report campaign performance and donor engagement
• Provide documentation of funds raised through online platforms
• Proven experience running crowdfunding campaigns or digital fundraising initiatives
• Familiarity with major crowdfunding platforms and digital donation tools
Digital Marketing & Growth Skills
• Strong understanding of social media growth, community engagement, and online campaigns
• Experience working with influencers or digital communities
Campaign Analytics
• Ability to monitor campaign metrics and optimise fundraising performance
• Comfortable analysing platform dashboards and donation data
Communication & Storytelling
• Strong writing and storytelling ability to drive donor engagement

Compensation: ~₦450,000/month (50% base + 50% performance-based)
