As our Google Ads Manager, you will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality leads for Betternship’s services.
This is a contract role renewed monthly, strictly based on performance, lead quality, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities

Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Remarketing)

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

Write and test high-converting ad copy

Optimize landing page traffic for better conversion rates

Monitor daily ad spend, CPC, CTR, and conversions

Track and report campaign performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics

Continuously improve campaign performance through A/B testing

Identify and eliminate low-performing ads, keywords, and audiences

Collaborate with the Betternship team to align campaigns with business goals
