This is a fast-moving product team with immediate hiring needs, looking for engineers who can ship reliably, work across the stack, and take ownership from day one.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications
- Build robust backend services using Node.js & Express.js
- Develop responsive, high-performance UIs using React.js & Tailwind CSS
- Work with MongoDB for efficient data storage and management
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS
- Implement authentication, real-time features, and integrations using Firebase
- Manage code using Git and collaborate via best development practices
- Configure and maintain Nginx for application hosting
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments
- Manage application state using Redux Toolkit
Qualifications
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong experience with Node.js, Express.js, React.js
- Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and modern UI practices
- Experience with MongoDB and database design
- Hands-on knowledge of AWS cloud services
- Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Hosting)
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Nginx
- Strong version control skills using Git
- Familiarity with Redux Toolkit
Nice to Have
- Experience working with GCC or global clients
- Knowledge of security best practices
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
