Backend & Architecture
• Node.js, Nest.js
• Microservices + API-first development
• Event-driven architecture (RabbitMQ / Kafka roadmap)
Web & Mobile Development
• Flutter (Android & iOS apps)
• React.js (web and admin portals)
Cloud & DevOps
• AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Cognito, CloudFront, Lambda, API Gateway)
• Docker, Kubernetes roadmap
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Jenkins)
Data & Security
• PostgreSQL, Redis
• Encryption, RBAC, audit logging
• NDPR compliance, PCI-DSS roadmap
• CloudWatch, Elastic Stack (Datadog roadmap)
Strategic Technologies  (2025–2026)
• AI/ML for credit scoring, fraud detection & voice-based interaction
• Blockchain for governance and transaction traceability
• Multi-tenant, multi-currency architecture for regional scaling

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engineering for all internal customised platforms and solutions
• Define and execute technology strategy aligned with business growth
• Architect highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure
• Strengthen DevOps culture, automation, uptime SLAs and code quality
• Oversee cybersecurity and regulatory compliance management
• Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams
• Work collaboratively with Product team and Executive leadership
• Represent technology to partners, clients and regulatory bodies

Qualifications

• Proven track record as CTO or Head of Engineering in FinTech, payments, or digital banking
• Extensive experience designing and scaling cloud-native architectures
• Strong leadership of cross-functional engineering teams (10+ engineers)
• Experience transforming MVPs into enterprise-grade platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Added Advantage
• Experience in cooperative finance, microfinance or welfare tech
• AI/ML or blockchain product deployment experience
• Experience in EdTech or digital safety solutions
