Our client is seeking an experienced Finance and Administration Manager to build, maintain, and oversee a robust financial and administrative structure. This position is a departmental leadership role responsible for ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and strong administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, well-versed in financial regulations, and experienced in supporting manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or administration, preferably in a managerial capacity.
Experience working within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting certifications (ICAN, ACCA, etc.) are a strong advantage.
Proficiency in Sage 50 is required; knowledge of Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar systems is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
