Our client is seeking a results-oriented and client-focused Digital Account Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that all digital marketing initiatives are executed seamlessly — on time, on budget, and aligned with brand goals.
You’ll be responsible for managing multiple accounts, translating client needs into strategic digital campaigns, and coordinating with creative, media, and strategy teams to deliver high-impact results. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, project management, and relationship-building expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing relationships with professionalism and empathy.
Lead the planning, execution, and performance review of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (social media, paid ads, influencer marketing, SEO, content, and email).
Work closely with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver assets and reports that align with client briefs and objectives.
Interpret campaign data and analytics to provide actionable insights and performance recommendations.
Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Anticipate client needs, identify growth opportunities, and propose innovative solutions.
Prepare and present reports, performance analyses, and quarterly business reviews.
Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to enhance client strategies.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns or client accounts within an agency or brand environment.
Strong understanding of digital channels including paid advertising, influencer campaigns, social media management, and content strategy.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and reporting dashboards.
Strong understanding of digital KPIs (CTR, engagement rate, CPC, ROAS, etc.).
Collaborative team player capable of working cross-functionally.
Preferred skills
Experience using project management tools like Asana, Trello, Notion, or ClickUp.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems.
Copywriting or content review experience is a plus.
Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.
Salary Range: ₦250,000 – ₦400,000 (based on experience)
