Our client is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and consistently meeting sales targets.

This role requires a mix of strategic prospecting, persuasive communication, and a deep understanding of client needs. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients across assigned industries and markets.

  • Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective clients using effective sales techniques.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, trends, and business opportunities.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and contracts.

  • Manage and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and networking channels.

  • Provide timely reports on sales performance, client feedback, and pipeline updates.

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.

  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and market dynamics.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, or Google Workspace.

  • High emotional intelligence and a passion for building and nurturing customer relationships.

Benefits
