The Social Media Marketer & Community Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s social media accounts across Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn. This individual will develop and execute strategies to increase brand visibility, follower engagement, and overall community growth. The role requires someone who is tech-savvy, highly creative, and an excellent communicator with a strong grasp of digital storytelling and analytics.
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
Create and schedule visually engaging posts, carousels, videos, and other multimedia content.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online communities across platforms.
Track performance metrics and analyze data to optimize campaigns and content effectiveness.
Manage outreach campaigns, community announcements, and broadcast messages.
Plan and host virtual group sessions, live events, or community discussions to boost engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to create social content aligned with marketing goals and product updates.
Stay current with digital trends, competitor activities, and social media best practices.
Create app screenshots or short demo videos for marketing purposes (Preferred but not required).
Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts — must provide examples or portfolio links.
Excellent command of written and spoken English with a clear, engaging, and professional tone.
Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Metricool) and content design platforms (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express).
Strong understanding of platform algorithms, engagement tactics, and analytics tracking.
Creative thinker with strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
Highly tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools in a fully remote setup.
Friendly, community-oriented personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
₦350,000 during the one month probation period.
₦550,000 monthly after confirmation.
