The Marketing Lead will be responsible for spearheading brand and growth initiatives, blending creativity with data-driven strategies. You will lead campaigns that engage customers, attract vendors and riders, and shape the platform into a trusted lifestyle brand. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, digital marketing expertise, and hands-on execution. The position is on-site in Lagos with occasional travel for activations and campaigns.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive 360° marketing strategy to drive awareness, adoption, and loyalty.

Own and manage the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.

Lead digital marketing efforts including social media, SEO/SEM, content, and email campaigns.

Plan and execute ATL/BTL campaigns (outdoor, events, activations, influencer partnerships).

Partner with Business Development to design campaigns that drive user, vendor, and rider acquisition.

Leverage market research and customer insights to refine messaging, promotions, and positioning.

Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to align marketing with business objectives.

Track and report on marketing KPIs including CAC, ROI, engagement, retention, and conversions.

Build and lead a marketing team, including content creators, designers, and agencies.

Represent the company at industry events, press engagements, and brand collaborations.
