The Operations Associate will play a key support role in the execution and improvement of operational processes at the organization. Working under the guidance of the Senior Operations Associate, the ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including field, product, and sales to ensure smooth daily operations, partner onboarding, data tracking, and timely execution of internal processes. 1. Educational Background:
• A bachelor's degree in business management, Operations, Technology, or a related field.
2. Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience in operations, business support, or customer engagement roles.
• Experience in agri-tech, logistics, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industries is an added advantage.
3. Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and reporting.
• Able to create actionable systems and processes from scratch
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to take initiative to solve problems at hand.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, partners, and customers.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach.
